Shipping & Returns
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
If in Stock most orders ship the following business day. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately SOURIS ROSE cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.
RATES FOR SHIPPING WITHIN THE US
We are happy to offer flat-rate options for shipments within the USA:
Orders from SOURISROSE.com ship free every day via USPS First Class. Orders arrive in 5-7 business days once the order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping Options
USPS Priority Mail - $12. Arrives anywhere within the US in 2-3 business days once the order has shipped.
FedEx Ground - $12. Arrives within 2-3 business days to destinations on the West Coast and Mid West once order has shipped. Up to 7 business days for Eastern US destinations.
Please note, FedEx Ground cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
We are happy to offer a flat-rate option for international shipments:
Standard Shipping to Canada
USPS First Class International - $12. Arrives within 2-3 weeks once the order has shipped.
USPS First Class International (all other countries outside the U.S) - $15. Arrives within 2-3 weeks once the order has shipped.
SOURIS ROSE is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international shipments to arrive once the order has shipped. International shipments cannot be expedited. Due to International Customs procedures, packages can sometimes take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please note we cannot ship to Russia at this time.
USPS First Class International mail will register your tracking number before it leaves the U.S., but the tracking status will not be updated until the package has arrived at a mail sorting facility in its destination country. If a package has not arrived within 5 business weeks of the ship date, SOURIS ROSE will send a replacement order via expedited shipping. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to return or exchange any SOURIS ROSE product in like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Products purchased through our website can also be returned or exchanged. Please note that refunds will take up to 2 business days to process.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please send an email to email@example.com a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this code. In your email, please specify your order number and reason for return or exchange.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
We stand behind our products! All SOURIS ROSE products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org that includes your original order number, as well as documentation of the defect of the product. We'll be happy to provide a replacement.
